I was 20 when my first baby was born. 2 years later we had the second one. They are the biggest blessing in my life, and one smile in their tiny faces or a "thank you, daddy" makes everything worth it.
I work from home. My wife works 5 days a week till 7 o'clock and comes back very tired. Hard? Yes. Worth it? Yes. I wouldn't change a thing.
Freelancing is harder than you think. Work is not constant and it varies a lot. Thank God I found a stable job to do at home, doing what I like: design.
The bad thing is... Working and taking care of the babies. I have to start a schedule and coordinate nap times, drawing times, play times, breakfast, dinner, lunch and chores to juggle work whenever I can. The worst part is I usually like to work in silence.
Right now I'm finishing this post in bed, because I had a little quiet time before they get tired of playing in their room and get hungry, but it seems that happened sooner than I thought, cuz I have two little monkeys jumping on my bed.
Have to watch them or they are going to fall... And I don't like to call doctors.
Wish me luck!
