First of all... It looks easier that it actually is. The circuit consists of, as the name says, 9 rounds.
Every round is 3 minutes long, 2 minutes and a half the actual exercise, the last 30 seconds full intensity. Then 30 seconds of a transitional exercise, like situps or pushups for example.
The first 2 rounds are pure cardio. Rope jumping or jogging with a medicine ball over your head, that kind of thing. Then you start with kickboxing exercises. Uppercuts, double kicks, punch bag exercises. That's round 3 through 8, with their transitional exercises, no breathers, no cooling time.
Overall, a very nice experience. I hate cardio, but I didn't hate this at all. One thing though, you better have at least a mid level cardio stamina to endure one round. The pros do 3 rounds.
Me? Like I said, I hate cardio. I don't need to loose a lot of weight, so I do the least amount of cardiovascular exercises I can usually. I stick with weight lifting. So this killed me. By round 3 I was out of breath, had to take a break and drink some water. If you don't want to start with an embarrassing first session like me, try cardio training, at least 30 minutes every day, for a month before starting. I was told it is a common thing to have first timers puke by the 2nd round. Thank God that wasn't me. At least I got through the whole round without puking.
Like I said, not a bad experience at all. Not for me, though. I recommended this for people who like HIIT or crossfit. Definitely do this instead of crossfit, that thing is dangerous bullshit.
Rating: 8/10, not for me.
Price/value rating: 7/10, a little bit overpriced, although the multi - club might be worth it for some people.
